Cabin Rental FAQ:

Do I need to bring bed linens?
No, sheets are provided in each Cabin.

Do I need to bring bath towels?
Yes, towels are not supplied but can be for an additional fee.

Is housekeeping available?
Each Cabin is professionally prepared for your comfort and enjoyment before your arrival. Daily cleaning service can be made available for an additional daily fee.  If you are staying 7 or more nights, housekeeping provides an additional complimentary mid-stay clean.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we encourage you to bring to your pet to any of our pet friendly accommodations. There is a refundable $75 pet security fee added to your room charges and an additional $5.00 per day charge. Our pet friendly cabins are limited and we recommend you call in advance to reserve. 

Is there a cleaning fee for the Cabins?
Yes, a refundable $50.00 damage/cleaning fee is added to your charges.   After your cabin has been cleaned and inventory checked your cleaning fee will be mailed back to you. 

Do the Cabins have washers & dryers?
No, but there is a laundry facility available for the guest to use.

Is the Cabins inventory checked?
Yes, before your arrival the cabins inventory is checked and counted.  Any discrepancies to this list should be brought to the attention of the housekeeping staff.  The inventory is rechecked after your departure.  Your damage/cleaning fee is effected by changes in this inventory.

Pet Policy
All pets must be pre-approved before bringing them. Chows, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rottweiler, and Wolf hybrids and any mix including theses 6 are NOT allowed in our park. There is an additional $5.00 per pet, per cabin, per day charge and the cleaning deposit is $75.00.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your deposit is refundable less $35.00 processing fee, per cabin, if we are notified of cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation is made on or after this date, all deposit refunds are pending our ability to re-rent the cabin for the entire length of your anticipated stay.

Changing your reservation or decreasing the length of your stay may affect the rate and/or availability of the cabin. Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policies.
